The Accord Safety Assistant.  This is an online database risk manager system whose function is to make life easier, permit risk management remotely and cheaply along with robust and proven tools to enhance safety performance.

We find that by using IT software  we can cut the cost  of your consultancy, and work smarter , quicker and better.   For example, would you want to employ a team of desk assessors to complete a DSE (VDU Safety) assessment or do a risk sweep first.  Also, should basic training be completed online on the first day - we think so, once it is developed and branded, its yours for the cost of a pub lunch every time!

Indicative online costs are:

Safety Assistant, we charge initial set up costs dependant on the size and number of locations of your business. Then each person has a login (costing about £5 each). Surveys are bought on a cost per click  or as a 'bag' of tricks (5-10 surveys).

For a small company of 50 staff with 2 locations, 5 generic survey types, the cost is around £490 per year.  The development of 'your' surveys is charged at cost +15%.

For a medium sized body (of 200 staff, 5 locations and T/O approaching  £10-15M) 10 generic surveys and then 5 localised for your needs the cost is around £1600.00 per year.

Large Companies should have the system installed on their own servers and we can support the whole process with the system developer. Budget £8-10k with run on costs of £2-3k per year based on 30+ generic surveys plus training in localisation of surveys and results.

Training is equally obviously priced.

If we have it on the system, then it is £12.50 per person per 3 hour online course.  Thats it.

Much of our training is accredited by ASET  and we are audited on our delivery regularly (ask your training provider if they are?)
